Why We’re Making This Change

On April 4-6, 2025, we’ll migrate AutoQuotes to an upgraded cloud infrastructure – a cornerstone of our 2025 technology roadmap. This enhancement will directly improve your daily experience while enabling us to build the advanced features that will enable us to build the AutoQuotes of the future.

During the migration window Friday, April 4 at 9 PM ET until Sunday to April 6 at 9 PM ET, all AutoQuotes tools and services will be unavailable. We selected this weekend timeframe to minimize disruption to your business operations.

This migration will enable:

  Improved reliability with advanced redundancy systems

  Stronger security through state-of-the-art protection measures

  Greater scalability to support your business growth

While the interface will look the same when you return, you’ll experience a more responsive and reliable system behind the scenes.

Important: Save your work!

Any unsaved work will not transfer to our new infrastructure. Before the migration begins:

  Save and close all open quotes and projects
• 
  Inform your team about the scheduled downtime
• 
  Plan to complete any urgent work before April 4 at 9 PM ET

All of your saved work, account information, and settings will be preserved and ready when service resumes.

After the migration

When service resumes on April 6, log in with your existing credentials – no downloads or changes required. We appreciate your partnership as we make this important upgrade. We’re confident that this will deliver long-term value to your business.
